ABSTRACT

The typology of acquired dysgraphias has been enriched greatly by the careful description of the writing impairment in selected brain-damaged patients. Patients with phonological (P.R.—Shallice, 1981), surface (R.G.—Beauvois & Derouesné, 1981; T.P—Hatfield & Patterson, 1983) and deep dysgraphia (J.C.—Bub & Kertesz, 1982b; V.S.—Nolan & Caramazza, 1983) have been reported.
