ABSTRACT

I felt a little mixed up at first. I didn't know what was the right thing to do because the trainer doesn't just translate. He or she has to teach, facilitate and explain. All of this made me worried because I didn't understand certain materials well. But after the program started, I felt all right. It wasn't as serious as I thought ... in the program, the materials used made the trainees aware of their own ability ... let the trainees use their own examples and use their own words in a story.
