The Self Involved Narcissists were quick to end relationships for what seemed to be whimsical reasons. The Compliant Depressed, on the other hand, had many doubts and fears, were uncertain and indecisive, responding vigorously to any loss or separation. The Marriage Phobic, on the other hand, may be drawn to a new love but they are less able to make a move. The Divorce Prone men seemed to feel remarkably little guilt and had few, if any, regrets. The Marriage Phobic, on the other hand, are more beset by regrets and guilt feelings when a relationship has ended. The Divorce Prone are usually the ones to leave a relationship. The Divorce Prone are usually sensitive to any threat of withdrawal by a wife or girl friend. The Marriage Phobic, on the other hand, were rarely in touch with their anger and were quite unable to express it directly.
