ABSTRACT
SUMMARY. The paper highlights the Pacific Coast (of the United States) Slavic Consortium of libraries. It looks at the consortial agreement, purpose, and arrangement, and analyzes how they inform electronic delivery of resources. Conclusions on the efficacy of consortial arrangements for electronic information delivery are discussed.
