ABSTRACT

On January 27–29,1997, fifty-six delegates and four alternates gathered in Columbus, Ohio, for one of three meetings held each year of the OCLC Users Council. The focus of this particular session was “OCLC's Strategic Plan: Partnerships and Beyond.” In advance of the meeting delegates had received copies of the latest draft of OCLC's new plan along with a set of questions prepared by the Users Council Executive Committee to help structure the discussion.
