The Use of the ISSN/Key Title in Sweden

The paper gives the historical background of ISSN Sweden and discusses its relationship to the national serial cataloging rules. It describes the national ISSN network and the handling of the key title in LIBRIS, the nationwide database and OPAC system. A summary of a report on “ISSN-ISDS and LIBRIS” is presented, together with LIBRIS members’ opinions of ISSN-ISDS.
