ABSTRACT
I was born into the Holocaust, a Jewish child marked for death. As far as I know, my parents, Leon and Dorota Reichman, did not think much about their Jewish heritage until World War II when Hitler came into power and suddenly their Jewish identity was thrust on them like the Star of David that they were forced to wear.
