ABSTRACT
My presentation will focus on Samoa’s experience with the ICC, particularly in negotiating and becoming a party to the Rome Statute of the ICC, passing of domestic legislation implementing the Rome Statute, addressing concerns with the ICC and sharing the lessons learnt by Samoa from its association with the ICC.
