ABSTRACT
The distribution of interlibrary loan patrons is shown in Tables 4.1 and 4.2. Table 4.1 shows that interlibrary loan is used heavily by graduate students at all four universities. Graduate students submit over half of all filled articles at the four libraries and comprise over half of all patrons at three of the four libraries.
