ABSTRACT
A good friend of mine, who happens to be a COTA, accuses me of playing “ mind-games.” It is true; it is something that I enjoy. Let me provide you with an example.
Once I said to him: “ there is evidence to support the probability that within the near future the COTA will become extinct. You (COTAs) can circumvent your extinction, but only if you take charge of your own destiny. Should you choose not to take charge of your own destiny, then at least you ought to prepare for your demise so that you can exit the profession gracefully.”
