Including children with disabilities in the playground

A national survey of school play-times which studied changes from 1991 to 1996 ¹ revealed that 26% of junior schools had shortened the length of the lunch-time play period, and that 12% of infant schools and 26% of junior schools had abolished afternoon play-time entirely.
