ABSTRACT
The second Provincial Autumnal Meeting of the Institute was held at Birmingham, on the 18th, 19th, and 20th insts., with a very good attendance of members from all parts of the United Kingdom. The success of the meeting will be best gathered by a perusal of the following report, a part of which, owing to its great length, we are compelled to hold over until our next issue.
