We are pleased to see that our comments upon the judgment in this case have already produced some correspondence, and we trust that before the matter drops out of immediate discussion we shall be favoured with the views of others of our readers. In the meantime, it will doubtless prove of interest if we proceed to consider the opinions that have already been advanced by them in respect of the judgment itself, and the comments thereon which have already appeared in these columns.
