References are made to the interventions undertaken in some selected Italian organizations with Fondazione Ermanno Casoli (FEC), a non-profit institution promoting the use of contemporary art at the workplace. The chapter includes recommendations on how organizations can manage successful artistic interventions, highlighting the implications for the role of the art manager. Last, it explores possible drawbacks an organization can face by implementing artistic interventions.
