ABSTRACT
The opening sentiments of this book are worth reiterating, these being: by creating a democracy of understanding, our intentions are then to allow these chapters to bear some appropriate testimony, which might then assist the foundations of some very important societal debates to be had around positive ageing, the changing retirement practices and its overall impacts upon the very heart and nature of society at work.
