ABSTRACT

The stage quickly teaches us responsibility for our words. It is one thing to tell a funny anecdote, but it is a whole different thing to play in it in person. They understood that gave them complete freedom of expression, but also full responsibility for what they say on stage. Meanwhile, dreams are the driving force of our life, and in adolescence, they gain particular significance and power. Dreams blocked by the system of obligations appear in night-time dreams and fantasies, and they can also find an outlet in theatre. In theatre which does not hold casting calls, verify the acting talent or expect learning progress. Development may be perceived in terms of growth and moving upwards, but the readers might also consider the number of tree forks and branches, not only those visible in the crown of the tree, but also, or maybe even primarily those hidden underground, in the roots, determining the tree’s actual strength.
