ABSTRACT
The second section of the symposium on deliberative systems deals with three areas: the connection between deliberative actors through a network theory; the transmission of deliberative messages; and the institutional design of deliberative systems. In this short commentary, I shall review each one of the arguments and then present a critical balance between them.
