ABSTRACT
In the previous chapters we explained how we can formulate strategies. This chapter moves beyond strategy formulation by addressing how strategies are formulated and implemented from the perspective of different schools of thought. These schools are planning, learning, contingency, configurational, and complexity. Hence, this chapter helps readers identify and evaluate critical issues and factors when developing and implementing strategies. The next chapter will propose a strategy implementation framework.
