A brief outline of the volume’s contents is presented underlining the overall scope of assessing the cross-cultural interaction between Orthodox and Catholics in the Mediterranean in the aftermath of the Fourth Crusade, but also noting the limitations of such a publication that sets out to explore a very diverse subject from a multi-angled perspective.
