ABSTRACT
A survey of grounding pluralism, the view that there are multiple kinds of grounding. The chapter is centered around four questions: Why should one be a pluralist rather than a monist? What are the varieties of grounding? What is the sense (if any) in which grounding is unified? And what is the meaning of “grounds”? Each question is answered from the perspective of a grounding pluralist.
