ABSTRACT
Why do people strike out on a new professional path, develop themselves in a new direction, or take on the risk of a new beginning? The reasons for such decisions are many and depend on each person’s life situation. For outsiders, close friends and family, however, the motives such people take for setting out on a new path are sometimes less understandable.
