ABSTRACT

As evidenced by the 2003 UN Global Compact Learning Forum in Brazil this annual meeting is developing into one of the more useful annual conferences on corporate responsibility among the many that are now held around the world. Its strength lies in three areas: the unifying moral authority of the UN, the crosssectoral convening platform that the principles of the UN Global Compact provide and its global remit.
