ABSTRACT
The business agenda is about the bottom line—for example, selling more Coke—but I don’t care about that. I care about the processes that touch people and get them to shift. Everything has a soul for me. I think this has been an indirect result of growing up in China, where you grew up with a strong sense of collectiveness that’s above individuality… The most important thing for me is the interconnectedness of everything; I believe in true equality because of this interconnectedness.
