ABSTRACT
Kyehwan Oh is a senior executive vice president and head of the semiconductor sector of Hyundai Electronics Industries Co. Ltd (HEI). He is chairman of the environmental management committee in HEI. Dr Oh received his BA in applied physics from Seoul National University, and his PhD in physics from Iowa State University in the United States. He has over 20 years of semiconductor industry experience as an engineer and manager. Prior to joining HEI, he worked at AT&T Bell Labs in New Jersey for seven years and at Hewlett-Packard in California for a year. He holds several patents such as the techniques for Integrated Circuit Contact and for Doping from Polysilicon Transfer Layer.
