ABSTRACT
In Argentina, where environmental priorities are particularly focused on air and water pollution in the main metropolitan areas and industrial waste treatment and disposal, a new co-operative project between industrialists and local government in an industrial area north of Buenos Aires may provide the future model for self-regulation.
