ABSTRACT
This chapter offers insights into how a collaboratory can work in a situation that requires fast and unconventional organizational change to respond to a complex challenge. It is a first of a series of examples of collaboratories that have been applied to a corporate environment. Caroline Rennie introduces the important notions of participatory leadership and the Art of Hosting to create a co-creative environment for stakeholders that are not necessarily used to working together.
