ABSTRACT
In this chapter we look at how deep transformative change can be brought to a global organization through community-building as a central aspect of collaborative co-creation. The deep space created through processes embracing and working with the phenomenon of group consciousness enables a deep transformation of a highly diverse and culturally challenging group.
