ABSTRACT

The chapter focuses on the praxiology of morality as a methodological guideline for the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Praxiology of morality is understood as a theory of efficient moral regulation of social practices. Moral principles of conventionality, modularity, and minimalism are exposed as normative elements of cooperation and collaboration. The ways of their implementation to moral practice are observed, and their potential for both well-ordered and transitive societies is revealed. The principle of minimalism was represented in an appropriate content by the American sociologist M. Walzer. Minimalism is a common space for “mutual recognition among protagonists of different fully developed countries. Ethical training courses on CRS for both managers and stakeholders will help promote and implement corporate responsibility standards. The praxiology of morality can supply methodological grounds for CSR programs and provide interested parties with a relevant ethical base in decision making for the common good.
