ABSTRACT
The Sienna International Summer Workshop were initiated in 1986 and John Hicks attended the first two workshops and he was intending to attend the third also. The proceedings of the first two workshops have been published. In the 1989 workshop, I attended where, instead of listening to the presentation of Hicks, I had to present a momorium containing the saga of life of Hicks and Ursula and to some extent, the main events in Hicks’s writings in economics.
