ABSTRACT

The domain of knowledge is assigned the function of truth and the formulation of ideas and models which are considered to be accurate because they are judged as adequate for the things that they evoke and respect the logical conditions of thought. Behavioral observation and explanatory purpose which is at the origin of as much philosophy as psychology and praxiology tend, on the contrary, to postulate the existence of relations between the two, even if they are separated by a gap. The French word “acte” comes from the latin “actus,” a translation of the Aristotelian terms “energeia” and “entelecheia” meaning the execution of the act and the accomplished act respectively. The planning and control of corporal movements and gestures results from the integration of divers processes: automatic, innate, adaptive, cognitive, sensorial and motor which perform at different levels depending if the gesture is reflexive (marrow) or voluntary (cortex).
