ABSTRACT
British Columbia Buildings Corporation (BCBC) is a Crown Corporation of the Province of British Columbia. Its purpose is to provide working space for the many provincial ministries and agencies. In most instances, the Corporation owns the buildings in which government staff are housed; in other cases, it leases space or builds new structures. It presently manages more than 3,500 buildings provincewide.
