ABSTRACT
The purpose of this chapter is to describe the criterion measures that were developed based on the job analysis work described in Chapter 7. All of the criterion measures can be found here, including those developed to assess performance at the end-of-training, during a soldier’s first tour of duty (within the first three years), and during the second tour of duty (roughly between the next three to five years of enlistment).
