ABSTRACT
The Internet has been increasingly used during the past few years as a means to listen to radio shows in real time and to download audio. The downloaded audio could be music recordings (although copyright infringement has become an issue) and recordings of meetings and talks. The downloading of audio may extend in the near future to include the widespread downloading of video programming, perhaps even in real time, or what today is called video streaming.
