ABSTRACT
The Law School Admission Council (LSAC®) has expended a considerable amount of resources researching and advocating appropriate test use and admission practices that promote access and diversity. Although these efforts have primarily focused on the LSAC’s Law School Admission Test (LSAT®) and admission to law school, many of the results and ideas can be applied to a wider array of higher education settings.
