ABSTRACT

Ethics is a world of philosophy, values, and morals. Administration is a world of decisions and actions. Ethics will search for right and wrong while administration must get the job done. Ethics is abstract while the practices of administration are irremediably concrete. How can ethics inform administration? How can administration inform ethics? How can the ideas of administration-order, efficiency, economy, productivity-help define ethics, and how can the ideas of ethics-right and wrong-help define administration?
