Affairs, all but one Lords of Appeal in Ordinary, 34 of the 37 Lords Justice of Appeal, all 19 of the Chancery Division judges, 70 out of the 73 Queen’s Bench judges and 14 of the 19 Family Division judges are male (Department for Constitutional Affairs, 2003).
