ABSTRACT
One of the very many aspects and facets of restorative justice is the question of how restorative justice deals with corporate crime as well as corporations as crime victims. At first glance, that question seems to be perfectly clear, but when going into details, one finds out rather quickly that it requires exact definitions to deal with at least two terms – ‘restorative justice’ and ‘corporate crime’ – that cover very different topics.
