ABSTRACT
The National Forest Plan aims to:
help Ugandans get more money and a better life from forests;
make more jobs and new ways to make money from forests;
make sure that the forests and trees are looked after properly. (New National Forest Plan, Popular Version; MWLE, 2003a)
