The Land Debate – ‘Doing the Right Thing'

This book addresses the question ‘What is land for?’ It is a crucial question, but a difficult one. It is difficult, first, because there are many different things we can, wish to and need to do with land, as this book demonstrates. It is relatively easy to identify the options; it is much less easy to decide which are the ‘right’ ones and to reconcile competing demands.
