ABSTRACT
Residential building/apartment: A residential building or apartment may be composed of one or more spaces enclosed by walls, ceilings and floors. The building must be situated above the ground and be utilized as a dwelling. At least 70% of the space within the envelope must be used for this purpose. This volume should be heated to at least X ◦ C during Y hours of the year. (Values X and Y are to be determined on a national level).
