ABSTRACT
This chapter summarizes the main points made in the various chapters of the book. The chronology is not essentially the same as the sequence of chapters, but rather flags the points that may have been made in more than one chapter. It is substance oriented, with an attempt to parallel the sequence of the chapters in the book as much as possible.
