ABSTRACT
This chapter provides a lesson on choosing a research design through a mind mapping activity of the desired research outputs and providing justification for the research design. The lesson focuses on several active learning concepts, namely: intentional engagement, purposeful observation, and critical reflection, as techniques to select a research design.
