ABSTRACT
Many coaches are contracted by consulting companies to then provide coaching assignments across a number of organisations; they are providing external coaching. Concerns arising include whether the coaching client is coachable, tensions in priorities, trust and confidentiality, assignment fit, systems contracting and alignment; these are described in this chapter.
