ABSTRACT

This chapter presents a case study that explains a scenario where the coach is feeling biased and wonders if it would be appropriate for coach to share with her coaching clients that she is working with both. An international coaching team was selected to offer executive coaching services to a global research organization with infrastructure spanning 50 countries and offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The pool of designated professionals included 15 coaches who would provide services in seven languages. Due to the role the clients held in the organization, processes were self-managed without three-way meetings to set goals with their higher-ups. The team of coaches had agreed as part of their contract to participate in monthly group supervision provided by an external coach supervisor.
