ABSTRACT
Coaching is built on the bedrock of trust, where the client's agenda is prominent, and the coach serves the client's needs and development. Flotsam Group is an international training organisation that uses a hybrid mix of employees and contracted associates for instructional design, training delivery and coaching resources. He has provided coaching to support many of their global programs. Elliot recently secured a place on the coaching panel for the Ruru Tech program. Flotsam includes one-to-one coaching support for each participant during the term of the one-year emerging leaders program. Before the program started, participants were sent a link to the Flotsam website to review the Coaching Panel, which provides an overview of the coaches and outlines their professional experience, credentials, education and a brief statement about their personal interests. Jax and Elliot connect via Flotsam's automated booking system for an initial phone call and chemistry check.
