ABSTRACT
COOK is an independent ready meals producer. The company was set up in 1997 by Edward Perry and Dale Penfold with the slightly mad idea of trying to cook and sell frozen ready meals that would “look and taste like a good cook would make at home”. This founding principle holds true to this day.
