ABSTRACT
Estimation method of investment requirements in providing Strategic Potential of Reliability (SPR) is based on stakeholder concept. The energy network provider is characterized by maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders: shareholders, public authorities and local governments, regulators, environmental organizations, the investment community, civic and business associations, electricity companies, consumers of electricity, management and employees of the company (Anisimova 2013).
