Care is not just about meeting individual needs, but involves a large network of humans and technologies involved in the shared daily life and in the caring process. The story of Mrs. Knutsen demonstrates that the process of finding a good solution involves testing out different constellations of arrangements. An important aspect of the trial and error process of trying out different arrangements for Mrs. Knutsen is the limited verbal communication.
