ABSTRACT

According to Zeng & Zhong (2012) knowledge sharing is the means an individual, team and organization share the knowledge (explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge) with other members of the organization through the various ways. G.W. Bock et al. (2005) stated that knowledge sharing as a concerns of the individuals’ willingness to share their knowledge they have created and acquired. Yu (2012) defined knowledge sharing as a simple two-way communication in the form of a querycollection-resubmission process supports knowledge exchange and reuse in the community. Wasko and Faraj (2005) stressed out that in a virtual community such as online forum, knowledge-sharing occur when individual take their time and effort to review the posted question and reply a response.
