ABSTRACT
Partnerships across the 14-19 phase have existed for a long time, with many pre-16 learners accessing FE college courses and institutions working productively together to provide post-16 opportunities. As a teacher in this phase you will know or soon discover how the history of partnership working is relevant to work today and illuminating. Partnership is certainly not a new development, nor is it simply a Diploma related initiative.
